SVN senses is a product that originates in Trieste , a crossroads of cultures, a meeting place for famous literary authors and one of the most important coffee ports in Italy, with a history of over 300 years.
Produced with 100% natural ingredients , our liqueur is the result of research that began in early 2023 with the aim of creating something unique on the market, where coffee could play a leading role.
For this first production we wanted to choose a single origin that could be complex and balanced .
The choice was therefore immediately directed towards a single origin from Rwanda called Cafe de Mama , coming from a small all-female cooperative. The coffee presents the typical notes of the coffees of this country: sweet, complex and balanced .
Hand-roasted by Bloom Specialty Coffee with a medium roast profile, to bring out its signature notes while also making the warmer notes of caramel and candied fruit perceptible .
